We’re looking for a full-time, on-site Technical Design Drafter to support our drafting and design team at our Gig Harbor shop. You’ll work closely with our Design Engineer on a steady flow of smaller, detail-driven projects—creating technical drawings for client approval and fabrication, building 3D visuals, and developing clear, accurate documentation that supports production. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable in CAD, thinks practically about how things come together, and can move between design intent and real-world execution. The position pays $30–$35 per hour and includes health insurance, PTO, paid holidays, and a matching IRA. At RealCraft, you’ll be part of a hands-on, collaborative team, working with real materials and contributing directly to products that are designed, built, and finished under one roof.
